「柿右衛門―Yumeuzurasセレクション」の図録です。
展覧会の前期・後期を通じて展示される計54点の柿右衛門様式の磁器を掲載。
本書では、ヨーロッパの宮殿などで所蔵される大型の柿右衛門とは異なり、掌のなかで愛玩することができる小さな作品を中心として構成されています。関西在住のコレクターが長年収集してきた、動物や子供たちが表情豊かに描かれている

Kakiemon - Yumeuzuras Selection

This is the catalog of the special exhibition titled "Kakiemon, Yumeuzuras Selection" held at the Osaka City Museum of Oriental Ceramics from
November 21, 2019 (Saturday) to July 25, 2020 (Sunday).
The catalog showcases a total of 54 pieces of Kakiemon-style porcelain exhibited throughout the early and late stages of the exhibition.
Unlike the large-scale Kakiemon pieces housed in European palaces, this book mainly consists of small works that can be kept and enjoyed in the palm of the hand. It highlights the charm of "kawaii" Kakiemon, which has been collected over the years by a collector residing in the Kansai region and features vivid depictions of animals and children.
